In this course you will learn about administrative data and how they can
be used to compile official statistics, including Sustainable
Development Goals(SDGs) and indicators that inform about progress on
national development plans.

Topics include, but are not limited to:
Data Sources: The methodology, organization, and operation of censuses, surveys, and the use of administrative data for statistical purposes.
Data Processing and Analysis: Techniques for data integration, validation, analysis, seasonal adjustment, and data disaggregation.
Foundational Infrastructure: The development and use of statistical classifications, metadata, and registers.
Data Science and Geospatial Data: The application of data science tools and methods, such as AI and machine learning, and the integration of statistical and geospatial data.
Dissemination and Communication: Policies, strategies, and methods for disseminating data to users through portals, data warehouses, and other platforms.
